PUBLIC UNIVERSITY APPLICATION RESULTS FOR STPM/EQUIVALENT HOLDERS FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION OUT ON 14 AUGUST
USM PENANG, 13 August 2026 – The results of applications for admission to Public Universities (UA) for STPM/equivalent holders in the 2026/2027 Academic Session will be announced on Friday, 14 August 2026 at 12.00 pm.
Candidates may check their results through four official platforms:
- UPUOnline® portal
- UPUOnline® alternative portal
- UPUPocket mobile application
- MyGov mobile application
The results will be accessible from 14 August 2026, 12.00 pm until 23 August 2026, 5.00 pm.
Successful candidates must confirm whether to accept or decline the offer in accordance with the university’s guidelines between 15 August and 23 August 2026.
Candidates who are not offered a place will be given the opportunity to submit an appeal via UPUOnline® within a period that will be announced later.
All candidates are reminded to check their results only through the official UPUOnline® platforms and to complete all required procedures within the stipulated timeframe to avoid errors or process failures.
The Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) has emphasised that the offer of admission for this academic session is final, and requests to change programmes or universities will not be permitted.
The appeal process will be subject to the availability of places in specific programmes after the registration of new students is completed.
