DON’T MISS - USM@KL GRADUATE STUDIES OPEN DAY
KUALA LUMPUR, 17 April 2018 – The Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPS) is having the USM Graduate Studies Open Day 2018 this weekend.
The Open Day will be held at USM@KL in Wisma Sejarah, Kuala Lumpur on 21 and 22 April 2018, from 10 am to 6 pm to promote the various fields in postgraduate studies.
The IPS USM@KL Deputy Dean, Associate Professor Dr Hasrina Mustafa said, 260 postgraduate programmes will be available at the Master’s and Doctoral levels. They include fields such as the Applied Sciences, Engineering, Medicine and Health, the Arts and Applied Arts studies.
“The Open Day would allow the prospective students to gather more detailed and accurate information on fields of interest. Briefings will also be provided concerning fundings and financial assistance allocated by USM, banks and the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN).”
Interested applicants need to bring along relevant certificates and academic transcripts to facilitate the application process.
“During the programme, qualified applicants would be exempted from paying the processing fee of RM70, and would be given the conditional offer letter on the spot,” she said further.
USM Alumni representatives will also be there to share their experiences and provide insights.
