USM, PENANG, 9 May 2016 - All alumni of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) who graduated in 1981 - 1987 are cordially invited to attend a Reunion (RU) gathering to be held on 27 - 29 May 2016 at the USM campus in Penang.

According to the spokesman for this group, Sayed Azlan Sayed Ahmad, this RU is meant to foster better relationships among fellow alumni who may not have heard of or met one another since graduation.

“This is a good opportunity for old friends to get together and catch up with each other and at the same time to hear about the university’s latest developments.

“I know that many have graduated and gone on successfully to become respected figures in the government sector and corporate world, hence this also provide a chance for them to return and meet the current students and campus community,” said Sayed Azlan, a Mass Communication graduate (1985).  

We are hoping that many will turn up for the inaugural gathering.
