USM CLINCHED 3 GOLD MEDALS AND 3 SPECIAL AWARDS IN IUCEL 2022
USM PENANG, 5 July 2022 - Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) continues to gain recognition in the context of promoting, exploring and sharing best practices in the aspects of teaching and learning, more specifically in doing so online.
On the closing day of the International University Carnival on E-Learning (IUCEL) 2022, USM was announced as the recipient of three major awards namely Best Trend-Setter Award, Higher Education e-Learning Maestro Award, and Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) Award.
In addition, for the Invention, Innovation & Design on e-Learning (IIDEL) Competition category in the IUCEL, a total of 14 entries representing USM, won 3 Gold, 9 Silver and 2 Bronze respectively.
The e-learning carnival themed "Innovating Education for a Better Tomorrow" has attracted many experts and researchers in the field of teaching and learning from within and outside the country.
Universiti Putra Malaysia as the host of IUCEL this time has successfully organized this virtual carnival.
