USM PENANG, 8 September 2021 -- Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) staff can now update their vaccination status via their individual Campus Online website.

According to USM Nerve Centre, It is important for all USM community members to update their vaccination status to assist in efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the USM community as well as in assisting the nation to achieve the highest immunisation rate among those on campus and later on to achieve herd immunity.

“The vaccination status will also serve as an indicator for the university in making preparations to reopen the campus in the near future,” they added.

USM community members are requested to click on the vaccination status update space that has been created in each individual Campus Online website for any update from time to time.

“The time period allocated for checking and updating of the vaccination status will begin from 8 until 15 September 2021 and after that period, a staff can update any change in vaccination status from time to time,” they said.

Lastly, USM Nerve Centre is thanking all staff in advance for their cooperation, commitment in updating the vaccination status and congratulating all for the contribution in assisting the nation to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, and to later achieve herd immunity for the country.
