ADMISSION OF SENIOR STUDENTS NEED TO ABIDE BY THE SOP

Final-year senior students of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) who have obtained the permission from the respective Dean of the School via ‘Borang A’ (Form A) to return to the campus to complete their final-year projects (F2F) in Semester 1, or with other pressing needs as determined by the Schools will be allowed to enter the campus this Saturday, 24 October 2020 and Sunday, 25 October 2020 during normal office hours.

 

1.    Students who come from the RED ZONES are NOT ALLOWED to return to the campus until permission to do so is provided by the University authorities.

2.    Final-year senior students who would like to return to the campus are required to fill in and print out the ‘Deklarasi Saringan Risiko COVID-19’ (COVID-19 Scanning for Risks Declaration) via the Campus Online application, 3 days prior to returning to the campus after obtaining the permission from the respective Dean of the School via ‘Borang A’ (Form A).

3.   Students who are entering the campus in a privately-owned/public transportation are required to undergo drive-through COVID-19 screening at the designated checkpoints, which involves temperature check, submission of ‘Borang A’ and ‘Borang Deklarasi Saringan Risiko COVID-19’ prior to being allowed to the loading bay at the respective desasiswa.

4.   Students who are coming with their parents/guardians need only to disembark along with their belongings at the designated loading bay before the parents/guardians leave the campus.

5.    Senior students who are staying off-campus (PETAS) are required to return to the campus to undergo drive-through COVID-19 screening at the ‘Padang Kawad’ before returning to their respective residences.
