KUANTAN, 5 November 2017 - Students from the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) School of Pharmaceutical Sciences have made the university proud by becoming the Champions in the 4th MYPSA National Pharmacy Debate Competition (NPDC).

The USM team emerged as champion after defeating the Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) team in the finals. The team came back with a trophy and RM300 cash prize.

The National Pharmacy Debate Competition (NPDC) is an annual competition, held and organised by different universities in Malaysia.

14 teams from universities all over Malaysia participated in the competition.

Currently there are 20 universities registered under the Malaysian Pharmacy Students Association (MyPSA).
