PENANG, 31 August 2017 - Registration of new students at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) would remain as planned, even with Monday, 4 September 2017 being declared a public holiday by the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razakin celebrating the nation's success at the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games 2017.

The university would like to congratulate and welcome the students who have accepted the offer to pursue their studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
