BEING YOUR OWN BOSS HAS MANY CHALLENGES
PENANG, 1 July 2013 - "Being the head of the company itself has many challenges, especially among family and friends who are concerned about your decision to go into business and the fact that you no longer receive a fixed salary every month," said the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Globetronics Technology Bhd. According to Heng, to succeed, a CEO and a company should focus on the development of value-added products that are relevant to the needs of the market as there are so many challenges in branding and positioning at the global level.
"I always give priority to customer satisfaction in addition to continuously look for creativity and innovation, and to ensure that cost are reduced, performance optimized, and productivity increased," said Heng Huck Lee.
