PENANG, 15 September 2014 - The ASEAN Graduate Business and Economics Programme or AGBEP Network that was established for the Business and Economics Programme among ASEAN universities through the ASEAN University Network (AUN) will hold its 14th annual meeting at Dewan Persidangan Universiti, USM Penang on October 8-9, 2014.

Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Graduate School of Business (GSB) will host the meeting.

The objectives of AGBEP are to promote and strengthen the relationship among academicians, scholars and students in the areas of business and economics; uplift the quality level of graduate programmes related to business and economics of the AUN member universities; and internationalise graduated business/economics programmes of AUN members at the regional and global levels.

AGBEP comprised of 18 ASEAN universities. This year’s meeting will be chaired by the Dean of Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Gadjah Mada, Indonesia.
