COMMUNICATION THAT MOVES INSTITUTIONS: USM@KL PREPARES STRATEGIC VOICES FOR A CONNECTED WORLD

KUALA LUMPUR, 3 July 2026 – In an era shaped by information overload, public scrutiny and fast-moving digital conversations, effective communication has become one of the most important assets for organisations. The ability to build trust, manage reputation and engage stakeholders with clarity is now essential across every sector.
Responding to this need, the Master of Communication (Mixed-Mode) at Universiti Sains Malaysia Kuala Lumpur (USM@KL) attracted encouraging interest from communication practitioners, public sector professionals and aspiring leaders during the USM@KL Open Day.

According to Dr. Nur Atikah A Rahman, Programme Coordinator for Communication at USM@KL and Deputy Dean of Academic, Career and International, this mode allows you to gain theoretical understanding, practical insights and engaging in critical discourse in nurturing future lecturers, scholars and professionals who are equipped with advanced knowledge and research capabilities.
Throughout the Open Day, visitors also received personalised academic consultations and admissions guidance, enabling them to better understand the programme’s curriculum, flexible learning approach and career development opportunities.
