HO CHI MINH, 7 December 2017 – Three Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) students were elated for being chosen to represent the university at the ASEAN Student Leaders Forum & AUN-Student Affairs Network Meeting 2017 currently being held from 5-9 December in Vietnam.

Those representing the university are Siti Noor Farahin Ismail (School of Educational Studies), Samuel Edmund Theivendran (School of Material & Mineral Resources Engineering) and Nabella Ridhuan Lau (School of Educational Studies).

Students from the ASEAN region gathered at this forum to hold discussions and collaborations on labour mobility and challenges faced by the young generation in the region.

The forum offers the participants with opportunities to enhance their skills as they face current and future challenges, while developing their personalities and attitudes to become valuable assets to their respective countries.

The group was accompanied by a USM Students Development Affairs and Alumni Division (BHEPA) officer, Zamzami Rasidi.
